Therapy is about getting to the root of what you are struggling with and engaging in the deeper healing work that will address not just the surface symptoms, but the broader ways in which you experience yourself and your relationships with others. I want you to feel more than heard; my goal is for our therapy work to empower you to move through what feels stuck and toward the version of you that you’d like to see and feel.

I offer:

  • Therapy for adults seeking support with trauma and complex trauma, anxiety and stress, relational concerns, identity exploration, life transitions, and issues related to sex and sexuality. Sessions integrate EMDR along with somatic and relational approaches to support meaningful healing.

  • Therapy for romantic partners seeking to strengthen communication, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, repair trust, and develop healthier conflict and repair patterns.

  • Extended EMDR reprocessing sessions that support more focused and accelerated trauma processing. Sessions may be scheduled as needed or in conjunction with ongoing therapy.

  • A safe, supportive, and collaborative space for group-based healing. Process groups are ongoing, while structured, skills-based groups open for new cohorts three to four times per year.
