I am passionate about helping clients understand what supports—or interferes with—deeper connection to themselves and others. My work centers on supporting clients as they unpack internalized beliefs, emotional patterns, and experiences that no longer serve them, while cultivating more affirming and empowering ways of relating to their inner worlds and relationships.

I strive to create a safe, collaborative therapeutic space where meaningful exploration and growth can occur. Our work together is dynamic and co-constructed: we clarify your goals, identify what feels most pressing, and develop a thoughtful, structured approach to support lasting change. I take an active role in the therapeutic process and view it as my responsibility to help clients move intentionally toward the outcomes they are seeking.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and work with adult individuals and couples/polycules around concerns including trauma and dissociation, relational and communication challenges, sex and sexuality, inter- and intrapersonal distress, and the deconstruction of limiting internalized narratives. Central to my approach is fostering an environment that is non-judgmental, affirming, and supportive of honest reflection, expression, and connection.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my two cats. I am an avid outdoors enthusiast and spend much of my free time climbing, mountaineering, and hiking. I am also a RYT-500 Hour Registered Yoga Instructor and teach yoga and mindfulness classes in the Seattle area. I identify as an able-bodied, cisgender, pansexual, multiracial woman.
